Can I see the portrait before it's printed?

Yes! Once your pet portrait is finished, we’ll send you a preview via email. You can request unlimited edits until you’re completely satisfied. Only after you approve the final version will we proceed with printing and shipping your artwork.

What if I’m not satisfied with my portrait?

At LuluPaws, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your custom artwork, we’ll make unlimited revisions based on your feedback before printing. If you’re unsatisfied after receiving the portrait, simply contact us and we’ll create a new one for you.

How long does the entire portrait creation, proofing, and delivery take?

The complete process typically spans 10-12 business days. Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a proof of your pet portrait. After you approve the final proof, your framed portrait will arrive within 5-10 business days in the U.S. and 7-12 days in Europe.

Please note that any revisions to your proof may extend the turnaround time. You will also get an email notification with tracking information once your item ships, allowing you to track its progress and anticipate its arrival!
